    Is it possible to balance pain and pleasure? Yes, Is it possible to balance pain and pleasure? Yes, it’s not about choosing one over the other. Pleasure practices should be integrated with emotional processing, not used to bypass emotions. It’s essential to feel grief, rage, and fear, all while nurturing a sense of inner calm through mindful pleasure. The difficulty with setting boundaries is that we tend to think that creating such boundaries we are worried that it will push people away. But, the thing is, it is meant to show others how we should be treated. If it is not being respected, it may be time to reassess the relationship. The main thing to remember about boundaries is that setting them doesn’t distance others—it empowers us to define how we want to be treated.     November is finally here and we are about nearing November is finally here and we are about nearing the end of 2024. Pain, growth, and healing are some of the keywords to describe life this year. We have also been talking about this a lot in the Get Your Sexy Back podcast. In this week’s episode with @intimmacywithjin, we also discussed how external pressures and expectations shape our patterns. To allow yourself to reconnect with your desires and express your genuine self, you have to learn how to distinguish your true voice from outside influences. Again, it is something that will take practice and trust in oneself to be able to find your inner truth. There is no timeline when it comes to these things.
