I have been struggling for years with comparing myself to others, thinking that I wasn’t good enough to be there. Looking down on myself as inferior to them.
This morning, I pushed through a trying experience using the tools Kim has taught me with her Sexy Back approach. I made it through the situation without leaving (as I normally would have) because I am enough and I belong right where I was.
After, I was proud of myself & I celebrated with a 90’s music dance party afternoon. Singing at the top of my lungs and dancing my heart out lifted my spirits and brought so much joy back into my day.

Before I started with Kim, I felt so unstable and insecure in my business. I knew what I wanted, but I didn’t know how to get there. I was trying sooo hard but nothing was working. On my free discovery call with Kim I knew right away I wanted to work with her. She was so calm, grounded, and understanding, and yet she knew how to help me delicately uncover hidden issues that were holding me back in such a major way.
Since working with Kim I’ve noticed such a huge change in myself. Now instead of panicking when I’m unsure about something I know how to slow down and check in with myself. I’ve added fun, pleasure, and a whole lot of ease into my day, and yet I’m just as proactive (if not more so) because Kim showed me how to work WITH my energy levels not against them.
I have such a deep trust in myself now. And it’s interesting because I thought I trusted myself before, but looking back I realize now that I was so busy chasing what I thought everyone else wanted I forgot to ask what I wanted. Kim taught me how to check in with my body and let it tell me what it needs. Now anytime I’m not sure about something I check in with my body and let it lead the way!
Working with Kim is an incredible experience. Every time I think “Ok I’m amazing there’s nothing more to work on”. Kim asks the perfect question and helps me uncover another layer of old outdated messaging that was keeping me stuck. Cause she’s awesome like that!
Kim is the perfect person to help you get unstuck if you’re feeling unsure, unstable, insecure, worried, or blah about your business, your partner, your body, or anything else going on in your life.
If you’re unsure if you’re ready for coaching, I say work with Kim for at least one month. If it really doesn’t work for you at least you can say you tried! But my guess is she will blow you away and make you feel so supported you’ll never want to stop your sessions!
