    It's crazy how five days from now, it will be Chri It's crazy how five days from now, it will be Christmas, and the next thing we know, it will be the new year already. With the Get Your Sexy Back podcast, I connected with people I love talking and working with within the community. Through this podcast, I was able to go deeper into a lot of topics that we typically or normally don’t get to have a big conversation on. For the last episode this year, I had the great @michaelarosesoleil on as a guest and we talked about communication and attunements in relationships. A great question to ask yourself is: “Is your communication helping or hurting connection?” Many of us were taught to communicate and react instead of listen. Shifting to truly hearing your partner’s perspective—without rushing to fix or respond—can reshape the way you relate to each other.     Happy Sunday everyone! I hope everyone is still en Happy Sunday everyone! I hope everyone is still enjoying the weekend ❤️ The couple of days has been a whirlwind and as each day goes by we are getting closer to Christmas and to the end of the year. With the holidays coming up, I know during these times it can be a bit scary for some of us it can be a bit isolating, hence the “holiday blues”. When this happens it can trigger you to go back into some old patterns and isolate yourself from others or your partner. So here is a reminder and food for thought (especially for the mommies out there) — feeling seen, supported, and valued can transform intimacy and why self-care and open dialogue are essential for both partners.
