Pleasure practices should be integrated with emotional processing, not used to bypass emotions. It’s essential to feel grief, rage, and fear, all while nurturing a sense of inner calm through mindful pleasure.     Your end-of-the-week reminder: “When you don’ Your end-of-the-week reminder: “When you don’t set boundaries, you are actually hurting yourself” Boundaries are not walls but essential guidelines for how we want to be treated. The difficulty with setting boundaries is that we tend to think that creating such boundaries we are worried that it will push people away. But, the thing is, it is meant to show others how we should be treated. If it is not being respected, it may be time to reassess the relationship. The main thing to remember about boundaries is that setting them doesn’t distance others—it empowers us to define how we want to be treated.
