    We fear fear. I know it sounds redundant but it is We fear fear. I know it sounds redundant but it is true. At times, we can use fear for something positive and good. I love telling my clients that you can use fear as a beacon to guide them to the right path and toward their desires. When you don’t feel fear it may or may not indicate that you are settling. Ask yourself, are you holding back on your desires? Is this what you really want? Some questions to ponder and answers to think about 😉 Happy weekend everyone!     What I love about our bodies is that the things le What I love about our bodies is that the things left unsaid or difficult to put into words are expressed the loudest by the body. This is especially true when it comes to our triggers. This is your reminder to listen to your body. Pay attention to how it reacts to certain things and practice naming the things that activate your triggers. Being more mindful of these things helps build a healthier connection with your partner and with yourself.
