Curious, what you need for our live calls?
Tuesday Workshop & Coaching Calls
Some sound privacy if that makes you feel more comfortable. Could be earphones, or a private space where you can slow down, receive and ask questions if you desire.
You also may like a notebook if you like writing thoughts and info down. Also anything that brings you pleasure, cup of tea, essential oils, a snack…anything to bring 1% more pleasure to you and your body.
I love the bath, enjoying outside, on my bed or in my office. I frequently move around and ask my self each day, what I need right now.
Permission to show up however you are! In your pj’s, in your bed, in the bath, with makeup on or without…it is all welcome!
Thursday Pleasure Practice Calls
For these calls, I recommend a private space, including sound privacy, whatever that means to you. I prefer my bedroom, you can use the bed or floor or make a nest. I also play some music, tell my family in advance that I have a practice and lock my doors.
Play with it and see what brings you the most safety.
For tools, again bring anything that brings you pleasure.
When it comes to the pleasure practice part, I will ask you to mute yourselves and turn off your camera.
Remember you can do all of these practices fully clothed, energetically, visually, or skin on skin.
You may like some skin and pussy friendly massage oil, lube. Maybe a crystal dildo, a jade egg or anything else you’d like to use. There is a ton of freedom here.
