For Massage Oil – I use my favourite organic blend mix of oil and add my favourite essential oil to it. Could be from a health food store, online or even use coconut oil. Note: if you are prone to yeast infections you may want to avoid coconut oil. I say “may” because everyone is different.

Jade Egg or Luxe Glass Egg – I use the medium drilled Jade Egg with string. You can use organic unwaxed string or organic unflavoured unwaxed dental floss. Waterproof Squirt Blanket – Small 1 meter x 1 meter Blanket here. Other colours are also available.

I LOVE these to keep my bed free from oil and it gives me freedom not to make a mess. The small ones are perfect for solo practice.

Cervix Serpent for Dearmoring – we will move into dearmoring as we move through the membership. It is also something you can do on your own. Super powerful for releasing stuck energies and a tight pelvic floor or vaginal canal. I like this one here.
