This practice is simple, yet powerful to increase your self-love, and activate your pleasure!

It’s will help you relax, release, as well as help you call in what you desire on the second direction. You will find it be very soothing and nourishing. Plus it perks them up! I’m serious, do this 4x a week and you will see a huge difference in how your breasts look and how you feel.


Grounding & Balancing Practice

This is an active meditation, meaning you are standing, breathing and moving.

It is best done on the grass with bare feet, but it is not necessary. I practice this in the winter here anywhere in my house. But try a handful of places and see if you notice a difference. You will find it to be very grounding and calming. Great to use a few times a week to “fill your own cup” and when you are noticing you are more stressed.
